I can’t believe I haven’t shared this recipe sooner! This is such a great one and one kids will LOVE. If you haven’t checked out the website Super Healthy Kids yet, I highly recommend it. It has a lot of recipes and tools for helping kids eat healthier! You can search their recipes as well.
I have been known to make two batches of this because the kids love it so much! I used to find gnocchi at Aldi but recently I found some at the Dollar Tree! I never even knew they carried this. I hope you love this recipe. It’s a good one and plant based!
